On March 1th, the Preparation Contract of joint venture cargo airline which is promoted mainly by HNCA, other Henan shareholders and Cargolux, was signed in Zhengzhou. Chairman of HNCA Zhang Mingchao, Chairman of Henan Airport Yang Xianbo, Chairman of XGIG Liu Jingyuan, and CEO of Cargolux Dirk Reich signed the contract.
