On 24^th May morning, HNCA and Lithuania AviaAM Leasing group formally signed a joint venture contract in Zhengzhou and both sides will establish a foreign-foundedfinancing lease company. Both sides agreed that the foreign-founded joint venture company was established in Zhengzhou and its registered capital is 30 million dollars with HNCA for 49% of the shares and AviaAM Leasing group for51% of the shares as well as mainly business in the aircraft, material equipment and infrastructure construction, etc.
