HNCA and Cargolux signed JV Airline cooperation Agreement and MRO JV cooperation Agreement, Guo Gengmao, Zeng Xianqi and Francois Bausch attended the signing ceremony.

Local time in the morning on 19thJune, when “Air of Silk Road”between Zhengzhou and Luxembourg have been opened for a year, two cooperation agreements on the establishment of Cargo Airline JV and MRO JV in Zhengzhou were signed between Henan Civil Aviation Development Investment Co., Ltd and Cargolux Airlines International S.A. in aircraft maintenance hangar of Cargolux. Mr. Guo Gengmao, the Secretary of Henan Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of Henan provincial People's Congress, Zeng Xianqi, Chinese Ambassador to Luxembourg, Francois Bausch, the minister of Sustainable Development and Infrastructure Industry of Luxembourg attended the signing ceremony. And Cargolux CEO Dirk Reich presided over the ceremony. After the ceremony, the Henan delegation visited Cargolux.
